Doula Care
An integral part of my work is facilitating deep healing. As an ayurvedic doula, I help new mothers heal through nourishment, yoga, self care and rest.
Nourishment with foods, teas, and herbs
Yoga with movement, breath work and guided meditation
Self Care with abhyanga warm oil massage, belly wrapping and yoni steaming
Rest with newborn and sibling care, household help and a thorough postpartum plan
A postpartum doula is focused on mother baby care- whatever that means for you. My role is to tend to all of your needs as your family transitions and transforms. Packages include 3 weeks of care, 6 weeks of care or choose your own. Currently serving Monmouth and Ocean County, New Jersey.
Ayurvedic Consultations
Ayurvedic consultations offer personalized support for women in every phase. These 1:1 sessions help you understand your unique constitution (dosha), restore balance, and promote healing through nutrition, lifestyle practices, herbal recommendations, and self-care rituals. Consultations include an initial meeting and then follow up session on zoom.
